Mr. Lewis first began training in the Martial Arts in 1990 in Shaolin Kempo Karate, earning his 1st Black Belt in 1997. 


His high school education began at William Fremd High School in Schaumburg, Il, before graduating from Winter Springs High School in 2003, where he played football and was a member of the track and field team. 


Following graduation, he attended Florida A&M University where he majored in Chemistry and was a member of the football team. 

Mr. Lewis joined the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in 2007. In 2012 Mr. Lewis graduated from the Individual Training Course (ITC) becoming a Critical Skills Operator (CSO). Throughout Mr. Lewis’ career in the military he created, developed, implemented, and executed multiple operations orders; simulation and live-fire ranges; refresher, introductory, and advanced courses; as well as review analysis; some of which included briefing and approval at the General Officer level. 


Some of the more notable accomplishments included instructing classes, organizing, and executing live-fire ranges on multiple moving vessels at sea. Others spanned from coast to coast with US military and foreign military personnel trained throughout his career.

Mr. Lewis has adapted his highly unique skill set and applied it throughout the private security industry developing and creating training courses where officers learn varying degrees of knowledge. 

Mr. Lewis has worked and led teams at many private events and on multiple missions around the world. He has worked in different security capacities. He is a licensed Security Agency Manager, Security Officer Instructor, and Firearms Instructor by the State of Florida. 

In 2023 Mr. Lewis was honored to be selected as the inaugural winner of the Marine Veteran and Special Agent "Stephen Eric Sullivan" Scholarship to attend the Executive Security Operation Conference (ESOC) which is the annual conference for the Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP), who established the Certified Executive Security Operation Professional (CESOP)®️, in creating board certified Executive Protection Professionals also know as EP².

Mr. Lewis is an active member of Onslow County Branch of the NAACP.

Mr. Lewis has voiced his concern during many of the incidents containing police brutality across America. This includes speaking at the Onslow County Board of Commissioners in 2020, following the murder of George Floyd. He followed up that speech by meeting with multiple elected officials and through media outlets.

Following the Buffallo shooting and tradegy in Uvalde, Mr. Lewis decided to talk wasn't enough, and took action to change the cycle of horror. 

Mr. Lewis is firmly opposed to violence and values ALL life, but do not mistake his kindness for weakness, or question his ability to perform his job.
